Closing!

Escrow usually takes 30 to 45 days. During this process you’ll be in touch with your agent, lender, and escrow agency. Closing costs are usually about 2-5% of the final sale price. You’ll also need to order your title insurance, finalize your loan, and get your home inspected and appraised at this point. You’ll coordinate paperwork with an underwriter and do a final walk through before making your down payment and closing escrow. And of course, your Aborn agent will help with these things as well.
